Atento: a lo dispuesto por los artículos 45 del Decreto-Ley 14.416 de 28 de agosto de 1975 y 89 de la Ley 15.809 de 8 de abril de 1986, con la redacción dada, respectivamente, por los artículos 45 y 47 de la Ley 15.903 de 10 de noviembre de 1987, y a lo informado por la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto y la Contaduría General de la Nación. El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - HUMBERTO CAPOTE - PEDRO BONINO GARMENDIA Artículo 1 Incorpórase al Plan de Inversiones Públicas Ejercicio 1989, el proyecto de Inversión siguiente por un monto de N$ 2:265.000.00 (nuevos pesos dos millones doscientos sesenta y cinco mil) a financiarse con recursos extrapresupuestales: Inc. Prog. Unidad Ejecutora Monto en N$ 07 005 015 Dirección de Sanidad Vegetal PROYECTO Adquisición motor Nª864 2:265.000.00 Artículo 2 Apruébase el Preventivo Anual de Ingresos y Egresos de Fondos Públicos Extrapresupuestales correspondiente al Ejercicio 1989, presentado por la Unidad Ejecutora 015 "Dirección de Sanidad Vegetal" del Programa 005 "Servicios Agronómicos" del Inciso 07 "Ministerio de Ganadería, Agricultura y Pesca", por un monto total de N$ 2:265.000.00 (nuevos pesos dos millones doscientos sesenta y cinco mil) de acuerdo a detalle consignado en anexo adjunto, que es parte integrante del presente Decreto.
