II) que con el fin de facilitar la ejecución de la subvención de cooperación internacional, con fecha 20 de febrero de 2014 se suscribió el Convenio de colaboración entre la Agencia Uruguaya de Cooperación Internacional y la Corporación Nacional para el Desarrollo (CND) como entidad colaboradora de la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo; III) que el artículo 70 del Título 10 del Texto Ordenado 1996, acuerda a los organismos estatales que no sean contribuyentes del Impuesto al Valor Agregado un crédito por el Impuesto al Valor Agregado incluido en las adquisiciones destinadas a la ejecución de proyectos financiados por organismos internacionales. CONSIDERANDO: necesario establecer la forma en que dichos créditos habrán de materializarse, en atención a que el beneficiario es la Agencia Uruguaya de Cooperación Internacional de la Presidencia de la República Oriental del Uruguay. ATENTO: a lo expuesto. EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA: DECRETA: FIRMANTES: JOSÉ MUJICA - MARIO BERGARA Artículo 1 Otórgase a la Agencia Uruguaya de Cooperación Internacional (AUCI) de la Presidencia de la República Oriental del Uruguay, un crédito por el Impuesto al Valor Agregado incluido en las adquisiciones de bienes y servicios destinados a la ejecución del "Programa Integral de lucha contra la violencia de género en Uruguay", financiado por la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID), y por la parte financiada por ésta. Dicho crédito será materializado mediante certificados de crédito, en la forma que determine la Dirección General Impositiva, teniendo en cuenta la participación de la Corporación Nacional para el Desarrollo (CND), como entidad colaboradora en la ejecución y administración de los referidos proyectos. Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.
