The decree approves electricity tariffs and two types of charges for services provided by the National Administration of Power Plants and Electric Transmissions (UTE).

VISTOS: Visto: el proyecto de tarifas de la Administración Nacional de Usinas y Trasmisiones Eléctricas, a regir a partir del 1º de febrero de 1981; y el proyecto de tasas denominadas "B" y "C" aplicadas por la citada Administración por concepto de gestiones diversas de trámite de servicios eléctricos y servicios varios de carácter permanente prestados al suscritor, respectivamente. Considerando: que de los asesoramientos recabados surge que procede aprobar dichos cuadros de tarifas y tasas. Atento: a lo informado por la Dirección Nacional de Energía del Ministerio de Industria y Energía y por la Secretaría de Planeamiento, Coordinación y Difusión, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: MENDEZ - FRANCISCO D. TOURREILLES - VALENTIN ARISMENDI Artículo 1 Apruébanse las tarifas de energía eléctrica para los servicios a cargo de la Administración Nacional de Usinas y Trasmisiones Eléctricas que regirán a partir del 1º de febrero de 1981, y que se detallan a continuación: (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto/imagen.] Artículo 2 Apruébanse las tasas denominadas "B" por concepto de gestiones diversas de trámite de servicios eléctricos, las que tendrán vigencia a partir del día posterior de la fecha de aprobación del presente decreto: (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto/imagen.] Artículo 3 Apruébanse las tasas mensuales denominadas "C" por concepto de servicios varios de carácter permanente brindados al suscritor, las que regirán a partir del día 1º de febrero de 1981: (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto/imagen.] Artículo 4 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc. -
