VISTOS: VISTO: las actuaciones por las cuales la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas, solicita se introduzcan en el Reglamento de Ingresos, Reingresos, Calificaciones, Ascensos y Bajas del Personal Militar Subalterno del Programa 0.0.6 "Salud Militar".- RESULTANDO: que el mencionado Reglamento fue aprobado por el artículo 1ro. del Decreto 75/997 de fecha 11 de marzo de 1997.- CONSIDERANDO: I) que las modificaciones gestionadas, pretenden regular los sistemas de ascensos, a los efectos de otorgar continuidad a la carrera funcional.- II) la necesidad de adecuar la normativa vigente a las exigencias del Servicio.- ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo informado por la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas y a lo dictaminado por la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.- EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA, DECRETA: FIRMANTES: BATLLE - ROBERTO YAVARONE Artículo 1 Modifícanse determinados artículos del Reglamento de Ingresos, Reingresos, Calificaciones, Ascensos y Bajas del Personal Militar Subalterno del Programa 0.0.6 "Salud Militar", de la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas, aprobado por el Decreto 75/997 de 11 de marzo de 1997, los cuales quedarán redactados de la siguiente manera:(*) [Nota: Ver: Texto.] Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y pase a la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas para su conocimiento y demás efectos.
