[Nota: Ver en esta norma, artículo: 2.] Artículo 2 La bandera nacional permanecerá a media asta el día indicado en el artículo primero, en todos los edificios públicos, Embajadas de la República en el exterior, cuarteles, fortalezas, bases aéreas y buques de guerra. Artículo 3 Tribútense honores fúnebres de Ministro de Estado a los restos mortales del señor Eleuterio Fernández Huidobro. Artículo 4 Los gastos del sepelio serán de cargo del Tesoro Nacional, conforme al inciso 1° del artículo 1° del Decreto 354/991 de 25 de junio de 1991.
