VISTOS: VISTO: La necesidad de reglamentar la habilitación de artefactos de telefonía celular.- RESULTANDO: que se ha constatado un incremento en plaza de teléfonos celulares ingresados al país en forma antirreglamentaria.- CONSIDERANDO: imprescindible incrementar los contralores a los efectos de evitar la proliferación en el mercado interno de unidades de telefonía celular ingresadas ilegalmente, por cuyo mérito se considera adecuado exigir a las empresas prestadoras de servicios de telefonía celular que previo a habilitar cada unidad, proceda a verificar que la misma se encuentre registrada ante la Dirección Nacional de Aduanas.- ATENTO: a lo expuesto y a lo dispuesto en el artículo 168º de la Constitución de la República.- EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: BATLLE - ALEJANDRO ATCHUGARRY - YAMANDU FAU Artículo 1 En todo trámite de importación de artefactos celulares, se deberá incluir en el Documento Unico de Importación el número identificador y en su caso la serie de cada aparato.- Artículo 2 La Dirección Nacional de Aduanas procederá a comunicar semanalmente a las empresas públicas o privadas prestadoras de servicios de telefonía celular, el listado de números identificadores de los teléfonos importados.- Artículo 3 Las empresas prestadoras de servicios de telefonía celular sólo podrán habilitar sus servicios a aparatos cuyo número identificatorio conste en las listas remitidas por la Dirección Nacional de Aduanas.- Artículo 4 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc..-
