Artículo 2 Al formularse la modificación presupuestal para el ejercicio 1980, deberá incluirse una estimación fundada de recursos, así como también el destino a darse de los mismos. Artículo 3 Establécese que para el cálculo de la Patente de Rodados del año 1980, la Intendencia Municipal de Río Negro aplicará la Tabla de Valores del Banco de Seguros del Estado vigente al 31 de diciembre de 1979. Artículo 4 Comuníquese, etc.
