II) que la Resolución a aprobar fue dictada al amparo de lo dispuesto por el artículo 15 bis del Decreto 39/977 de 25 de enero de 1977. ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, lo informado por el Comando General de la Fuerza Aérea, con el asesoramiento de la Junta Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil y lo dictaminado por la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: TABARE VAZQUEZ - GONZALO FERNANDEZ - ALVARO GARCIA - VICTOR ROSSI 1 Apruébase en los términos del artículo 15 bis del Decreto 39/977 de 25 de enero de 1977, la Resolución de la Dirección Nacional de Aviación Civil e Infraestructura Aeronáutica 286/009 de 24 de junio de 2009, por la que se autorizó a la empresa Cielos Mediterráneos S.A.
