CONSIDERANDO: que en consecuencia corresponde reconocer la carrera "Tecnicatura en Gestión de Negocios Gastronómicos" (Plan 2016), como carrera terciara no universitaria (Nivel III). ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo dispuesto por el Decreto-Ley 15.661 de 23 de octubre de 1984, por el Decreto 104/014 de 28 de abril de 2014, a la Resolución del Poder Ejecutivo 813 de 2 de setiembre de 1997, a lo dictaminado por el Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada y lo informado por la Dirección de Educación. LA MINISTRA (I) DE EDUCACIÓN Y CULTURA - en ejercicio de atribuciones delegadas - RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: EDITH MORAES 1 Reconócese el nivel terciario no universitario de la carrera "Tecnicatura en Gestión de Negocios Gastronómicos" (Plan 2016) dictado por la Universidad de Montevideo. 2 Establécese que se otorgará el título "Técnico en Gestión de Negocios Gastronómicos" (Nivel III). 3 Encomiéndase a la Secretaría del Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada la certificación de los originales del Plan de Estudios para la institución y para esta Secretaría de Estado. 4 Comuníquese a la Dirección de Educación y al Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada. 5 Notifíquese a la Universidad de Montevideo.
