VISTOS: VISTO: el Decreto N° 367/022, de 16 de noviembre de 2022; RESULTANDO: I) que por el citado Decreto se aprobó el proyecto de estructura organizativa de la Unidad Ejecutora 006 "Dirección Nacional de Zonas Francas" del Inciso 05 "Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas"; II) que por el artículo 7° del mencionado Decreto se estableció que el mismo entraría en vigencia el primer día del mes siguiente a su aprobación; III) que el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas solicita la prórroga del inicio de su vigencia para el 1° de enero de 2023, a efectos de dar un adecuado cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por la norma reglamentaria; CONSIDERANDO: que para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido por el artículo 126 de la Ley N° 19.996, de 3 de noviembre de 2021, resulta necesario, por razones de buena administración, acceder a lo solicitado; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo dispuesto en el numeral 4°) del artículo 168 de la Constitución de la República; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE POU LUIS - AZUCENA ARBELECHE Artículo 1 (*) [Nota: Este artículo dio nueva redacción a: Decreto Nº 367/022 de 16/11/2022 artículo 7.] Artículo 2 Dése cuenta a la Asamblea General.
