II) En dicho Dictamen se establece que esta carrera debe ubicarse en las áreas de conocimiento N° 2: Salud Humana y N° 5: Ciencias Sociales y del Comportamiento.- III) El título a expedir será el de "Licenciado en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional". ATENTO: A lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo dispuesto por el Decreto-Ley 15.661 de fecha 23 de octubre de 1984, por el Decreto 104/014 de 28 de abril de 2014, y a la Resolución del Consejo de Ministros N° 813 del 2 de setiembre de 1997, LA MINISTRA DE EDUCACIÓN Y CULTURA en ejercicio de atribuciones delegadas RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: MARÍA JULIA MUÑOZ 1 RECONÓCESE el nivel universitario de la "Licenciatura en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional" (Plan 2015) dictado en la Universidad Católica del Uruguay (Sede Central, Montevideo), mediante la cual se otorgará el título de "Licenciado en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional". 2 ENCOMIÉNDASE a la Secretaría del CCETP la certificación de los originales del Plan de Estudios para la institución y para esta Secretaría de Estado. 3 NOTIFÍQUESE a la Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Comuníquese al Área de Educación Superior de esta Secretaría de Estado, y al Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada. Cumplido, archívese. Exp. 2014-11-0001-3925
