El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: MENDEZ - DANIEL DARRACQ - HUGO LINARES BRUM - ALEJANDRO ROVIRA - VALENTIN ARISMENDI - WALTER RAVENNA - EDUARDO SAMPSON - LUIS H. MEYER - JOSE E. ETCHEVERRY STIRLING - ANTONIO CAÑELLAS Artículo 1 Declarar de Interés Nacional la celebración del VIII Reunión Ordinaria del Consejo Interamericano para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (CIECC) que se llevará a cabo en la ciudad de Montevideo, entre el 3 y 11 de febrero próximo. Artículo 2 Disponer que las autoridades nacionales y departamentales presten al Ministerio de Educación y Cultura, al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y a la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) su mayor colaboración para asegurar el éxito de la Reunión programada.
