VISTOS: Visto: las solicitudes de diversos Incisos de ampliar el Plan de Inversiones para el ejercicio 1980. Considerando: que se configuran las razones que justifican la incorporación de Proyectos y la ampliación de partidas para Proyectos ya existentes en el citado Plan. Atento: a la ampliación del tope de inversiones para el ejercicio 1980 dispuesta en el artículo 2º de la ley 15.106, de 2 de febrero de 1981 y al informe favorable de la Secretaría de Planeamiento, Coordinación y Difusión y del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: MENDEZ - VALENTIN ARISMENDI - YAMANDU TRINIDAD - ESTANISLAO VALDES OTERO - ARMANDO CHIARINO AGUIRRE - DANIEL DARRACQ - ANTONIO CAÑELLAS - FELIX E. ZUBILLAGA GOLDARAZ Artículo 1 Incorpórase al Plan de Inversiones Públicas para el ejercicio 1980 los Proyectos que se detallan a continuación: [Nota: Ampliar información en imagen electrónica: Decreto Nº 262/981 de 17/06/1981.] Artículo 2 Amplíanse las partidas asignadas en el Plan de Inversiones para el ejercicio 1980 a los Proyectos que se detallan a continuación: [Nota: Ampliar información en imagen electrónica: Decreto Nº 262/981 de 17/06/1981.] Artículo 3 Autorízase a la Contaduría General de la Nación a imputar con cargo a los créditos que se autorizan por el presente decreto, los anticipos de fondos que se hubieren concedido en su caso proceder a habilitar los Residuos Pasivos correspondientes. Artículo 4 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.
