VISTOS: VISTO: lo dispuesto por los artículos 5º de la Ley 17.060 de 23 de diciembre de 1998 y 163 de la Ley Nº 17.556 de 18 de setiembre de 2002; RESULTANDO: I) que por dichas normas todos los organismos públicos deberán dar amplia publicidad respecto de sus adquisiciones de bienes y contrataciones; II) que en cumplimiento del cometido establecido en el artículo 5º del Decreto 393/004 de 3 de noviembre de 2004 la Junta Asesora en Materia Económica Financiera advirtió que sólo están cumpliendo en forma cabal dichas obligaciones legales los organismos dependientes de la Administración Central; CONSIDERANDO: I) que el ámbito de aplicación del artículo 163 de la Ley 17.556 citado, comprende a todos los organismos del Estado, no sólo a los de la Administración Central; II) que dicha norma legal estableció que el Poder Ejecutivo por reglamentación determinaría la forma y condiciones, así como el medio electrónico para remitir la citada información; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA actuando en Consejo de Ministros DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARE VAZQUEZ - DAISY TOURNE - REINALDO GARGANO - DANILO ASTORI - AZUCENA BERRUTTI - JORGE BROVETTO - VICTOR ROSSI - JORGE LEPRA - JORGE BRUNI - MARIA JULIA MUÑOZ - JOSE MUJICA - HECTOR LESCANO - MARIANO ARANA - MARINA ARISMENDI Artículo 1 Todos los organismos públicos referidos en el artículo 2º del "TOCAF 1996", deberán dar publicidad al acto de adjudicación de las licitaciones públicas y abreviadas, las contrataciones en régimen de excepción, las ampliaciones de las mismas y los actos de reiteración del gasto por observación del Tribunal de Cuentas. Dichos organismos enviarán al sitio web www.compraestatales.gub.uy (*), la referida información y contarán para ello con un plazo de 10 días hábiles luego de producido el acto que se informa.
