VISTOS: Visto: la gestión de la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas, por la cual solicita la unificación y adecuación de las disposiciones contenidas en los Decretos 271/968 de fecha 23 de abril de 1968, 544/992 de fecha 10 de noviembre de 1992, sus modificativos y concordantes. Resultando: que los Decretos mencionados regulan los Ingresos, Reingresos, Calificaciones, Ascensos y Bajas del personal Militar Subalterno del programa 0.0.6 "Salud Militar" del Inciso 03 "Ministerio de Defensa Nacional". Considerando: I) la necesidad de actualizar las normas mencionadas, para un eficiente cumplimiento del Servicio, capacitando adecuadamente al Personal y evaluando sus conocimientos para el ascenso a determinadas jerarquías. II) que las normas proyectadas asegurarán la continuidad de la carrera funcional incentivando al Personal, agilitando y flexibilizando el Sistema de Calificaciones y Ascensos. III) que asimismo se facilitará la tarea de los órganos calificadores otorgando así mayores garantías para el administrado y la Administración. Atento: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo dispuesto por los artículos 115, 117, 149, 166, 181, literal b) del artículo 219 del Decreto-Ley 14.157 (Orgánico de las Fuerzas Armadas) de 21 de febrero de 1974, concordantes y complementarias y a lo informado por la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - RAUL ITURRIA Artículo 1 Apruébase el Reglamento de Ingresos, Reingresos, Calificaciones, Ascensos y Bajas del Personal Militar Subalterno del Programa 0.0.6 "Salud Militar" de la Dirección Nacional de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas, del Inciso 03 "Ministerio de Defensa Nacional". (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto.] Artículo 2 Deróganse los Decretos 271/968 de fecha 23 de abril de 1968 y 544/992 de fecha 10 de noviembre de 1992 y normas concordantes y complementarias que se opongan al presente Decreto.
