Atento: a lo informado por la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: AGUIRRE RAMIREZ - MARIANO R. BRITO Artículo 1 Apruébase la reglamentación del escalafón del Personal del Servicio de Retiros y Pensiones de las Fuerzas Armadas, la que quedará redactada de la siguiente manera: (*) [Nota: Ver: Texto.] Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.
