ATENTO: a lo expuesto.- EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA, actuando en Consejo de Ministros, DECRETA: FIRMANTES: BATLLE - GUILLERMO STIRLING - GUILLERMO VALLES - ALBERTO BENSION - LUIS BREZZO - ANTONIO MERCADER - LUCIO CACERES - SERGIO ABREU - ALVARO ALONSO - HORACIO FERNANDEZ - GONZALO GONZALEZ - ALFONSO VARELA - OSCAR GOROSITO Artículo 1 El gasto en horas extras del ejercicio corriente, por el período comprendido entre el 1º de mayo y el 31 de diciembre de 2000, no podrá superar el 90% (noventa por ciento) del gasto correspondiente al mismo período del año 1999, actualizado.- (*) [Nota: Ver en esta norma, artículos: 2 y 3.] Artículo 2 Ante situaciones de fuerza mayor, debidamente acreditadas, el Poder Ejecutivo, actuando en acuerdo con el Ministro de Economía y Finanzas y con el Ministro respectivo, podrá exceptuar del tope establecido en el artículo anterior.- Artículo 3 La Contaduría General de la Nación, procederá a limitar los créditos del ejercicio corriente en la forma dispuesta en el artículo primero.- Artículo 4 Cométese a los jerarcas de las unidades ejecutoras el control del cumplimiento de los límites y topes establecidos en el Decreto Nº 134/994, de 29 de marzo de 1994.- Artículo 5 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.-
