III) Que la Administración Nacional de Puertos por Resolución de Directorio N° 66/3.671 de 20 de febrero de 2013, procedió a ampliar la habilitación de que se trata, para la prestación de servicios en el Grupo "Al Buque" categoría "Amarre y Desamarre" en el Puerto de Montevideo, ad-referendum de su aprobación por el Poder Ejecutivo. IV) Que la Dirección Nacional de Transporte (Dirección General de Transporte Fluvial y Marítimo) y la División Servicios Jurídicos (Departamento Asesoría Letrada) del Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas, se expidieron no formulando objeciones al respecto. ATENTO: a lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 16.246 de 8 de abril de 1992 y los Decretos Reglamentarios N°s. 412/992 y 413/992 de 1° de setiembre de 1992. EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: JOSÉ MUJICA - ENRIQUE PINTADO 1 Apruébase la Resolución de Directorio de la Administración Nacional de Puertos N° 66/3.671 de 20 de febrero de 2013 (*), por la cual se procedió a la ampliación de la habilitación a la empresa SERALMAR S.A., para prestar servicios portuarios en el Grupo "Al Buque" categoría "Amarre y Desamarre" en el Puerto de Montevideo.
