VISTOS: VISTO: la necesidad de implementar lo dispuesto por el numeral 6) del artículo 21 de la Ley N° 20.130, de 2 de mayo de 2023; RESULTANDO: que, la norma legal mencionada reguló la tasa de contribución patronal especial por servicios bonificados correspondiente al régimen de jubilación de ahorro individual obligatorio, aplicable a las asignaciones computables del personal con este cómputo especial, que ingrese a partir del 1° de diciembre de 2023, afiliado al Servicio de Retiros y Pensiones de las Fuerzas Armadas y a la Dirección Nacional de Asistencia y Seguridad Social Policial, la que será del 10,90% (diez con noventa por ciento) y del 23,10% (veintitrés con diez por ciento), respectivamente; CONSIDERANDO: que corresponde proceder a tomar las medidas necesarias a efectos de dar cumplimiento a los extremos legales anteriormente indicados; ATENTO: a lo expuesto y a lo dispuesto por el artículo 168 Numeral 4° de la Constitución de la República y por el artículo 21 de la Ley N° 20.130, de 2 de mayo de 2023; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA actuando en Consejo de Ministros DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE POU LUIS - NICOLÁS MARTINELLI - NICOLÁS ALBERTONI - AZUCENA ARBELECHE - JAVIER GARCÍA - ANA RIBEIRO - JOSE LUIS FALERO- WALTER VERRI - MARIO ARIZTI - KARINA RANDO - FERNANDO MATTOS - TABARÉ VIERA - RAÚL LOZANO - MARTÍN LEMA - ROBERT BOUVIER Artículo 1 Autorízase a la Contaduría General de la Nación a habilitar el crédito presupuestal para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el numeral 6) del artículo 21 de la Ley N° 20.130, de 2 de mayo de 2023, correspondiente al personal que ingrese a partir del 1° de diciembre de 2023. [Nota: Ver en esta norma, artículo: 2.] Artículo 2 La Contaduría General de la Nación, establecerá la documentación a presentar por parte de los Incisos 03 "Ministerio de Defensa Nacional" y 04 "Ministerio del Interior", a efectos de determinar el monto de la partida necesaria para financiar lo previsto en el artículo precedente.
