Considerando: de los asesoramientos recabados y en atención a que se trata de solventes que facilitan el manejo y transporte de Peróxidos de Cetona, aminorando su peligrosidadd, corresponde acceder a lo solicitado; conforme a lo expuesto en el resultando precedente. Atento: a lo informado por la Dirección de Industrias, Dirección Nacional de Industrias, Dirección Nacional de Aduanas y lo dictaminado por la Asesoría Jurídica del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: MENDEZ - LUIS H. MEYER - VALENTIN ARISMENDI Artículo 1 Establécese, con carácter de interpretativo, que la inclusión establecida por el decreto del 7 de febrero de 1963, en la Sección Materias Primas de la Tarifa de Aduana, Grupo A, para el producto constituido por "Derivados de Metil-Etil-Cetona y Ftalato de Dimetilo" incluye las "soluciones de Peróxidos de Cetonas en Solventes Orgánicos" (NADI 38.19.01.88), pudiendo ser los solventes: Ftalato de Dimetilo, Fosfatos Orgánicos u otros.
