ATENTO: a lo dispuesto por los artículos 160 y 168 Numeral 24 de la Constitución de la República, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA actuando en Consejo de Ministros RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - EDUARDO BONOMI - RODOLFO NIN NOVOA - DANILO ASTORI - JORGE MENÉNDEZ - MARÍA JULIA MUÑOZ - VÍCTOR ROSSI - CAROLINA COSSE - ERNESTO MURRO - JORGE BASSO - ENZO BENECH - LILIAM KECHICHIAN - ENEIDA de LEÓN - MARINA ARISMENDI 1 Deléganse en el Ministro de Economía y Finanzas o quien haga sus veces, las atribuciones del Poder Ejecutivo referentes a la autorización de misiones oficiales al exterior no permanentes de los funcionarios del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, que atiendan reuniones de las negociaciones comerciales de la agenda externa del MERCOSUR. 2 El Poder Ejecutivo podrá avocar las atribuciones delegadas, como asimismo el Ministro Delegado someterlas a consideración de ese Poder. 3 Las atribuciones delegadas no pueden ser a su vez objeto de delegación. 4 El Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas enviará a la Secretaría de la Presidencia de la República copia autenticada de las Resoluciones que se dicten en ejercicio de atribuciones delegadas. 5 Comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.
