Artículo 2 Créase una Comisión integrada por el Sr. Ministro de Educación y Cultura y el Sr. Prosecretario de la Presidencia de la República la que tendrá por cometido coordinar los eventos referidos en el artículo anterior que se lleven a cabo por organismos públicos.
