Atento: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo dictaminado por el Departamento Jurídico del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social en fecha 14 de junio de 1976, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: DEMICHELI - JOSE E. ETCHEVERRY STIRLING - ERNESTO LLOVET Artículo 1 Interviénese el Fondo Social Complementario del Plan Nacional de Viviendas para los Trabajadores del Grupo 44 (Industrias Gráficas) creado por Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo celebrado el 26 de octubre de 1971. Artículo 2 Desígnase al doctor Roberto Alonzo Mora en carácter de Interventor del Fondo Social Complementario del Plan Nacional de Viviendas para los Trabajadores del Grupo 44 (Industrias Gráficas).
