EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: RODOLFO NIN NOVOA - DANILO ASTORI Artículo 1 Otórgase al Proyecto de Apoyo al Parlamento - Cámara de Senadores de la República un crédito por los Impuestos al Valor Agregado y de Contribución al Financiamiento de la Seguridad Social, incluidos en las adquisiciones de bienes y servicios destinados a la ejecución del "Proyecto de Apoyo al Parlamento" en el marco del Convenio de Financiación entre la Comunidad Europea y la República Oriental del Uruguay (Convenio N° URY/b7-310/1b/2000/0011), y por la parte financiada por dicha comunidad. Los referidos créditos serán materializados mediante certificados de crédito, en la forma que determine la Dirección General Impositiva. Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.
