VISTOS: VISTO: la actual situación hídrica de la zona centro-sur del país; RESULTANDO: I) que por Decreto N° 177/023, de 19 de junio de 2023, se declaró la emergencia hídrica en la zona metropolitana del país; II) que desde dicha fecha, se han adoptado diversas medidas a efectos de mantener el suministro de agua a la población; CONSIDERANDO: I) que las últimas precipitaciones en la región permitieron que los cursos y las principales reservas de agua utilizadas para abastecer a la población hayan recuperado parte de su caudal; II) que por ello, ante el escenario actual, se estima oportuno y conveniente dejar sin efecto el Decreto N° 177/023, de 19 de junio de 2023 y, como consecuencia, determinar el cese de la emergencia hídrica; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo dispuesto por los artículos 7, 10, 44, 47, 72 y 332 de la Constitución de la República, Ley N° 18.621, de 25 de octubre de 2009, y demás normas aplicables; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA actuando en Consejo de Ministros DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE POU LUIS - LUIS ALBERTO HEBER - AZUCENA ARBELECHE - JAVIER GARCÍA - PABLO DA SILVEIRA - JUAN OLAIZOLA- OMAR PAGANINI - PABLO MIERES - KARINA RANDO - JUAN BUFFA - TABARÉ VIERA - RAÚL LOZANO - ROBERT BOUVIER Artículo 1 Déjase sin efecto el Decreto N° 177/023, de 19 de junio de 2023.
