VISTOS: Visto: estos antecedentes relacionados con las gestiones realizadas entre el Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca y la Intendencia Municipal de Colonia, a los efectos de transferir a esta última la administración de los predios en que se encuentran ubicados el Parque "Otto Wulff" de Colonia y el Parque "El Retiro" de Nueva Helvecia. Resultando: I) Por el artículo 224º de la ley 14.106 del 14 de marzo de 1973 se faculta al Poder Ejecutivo para convenir con las Intendencias Municipales la administración e incluso el traspaso de los Parques Públicos ubicados en sus respectivas jurisdicciones que actualmente pertenecen al Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca y no incluidos en el Plan Forestal Nacional; II) Los Parques "Otto Wulff" de Colonia y "El Retiro" de Nueva Helvecia, se encuentran en la situación referida en el artículo legal precedentemente citado. Considerando: conveniente, de acuerdo con lo expuesto, proveer en la forma gestionada ya que, por ese medio, cabe esperar se logre una mejor utilización de bienes que están destinados al servicio de la población de las localidades donde están ubicados. Atento: a lo informado por la Dirección de Asesoramiento Legal del Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca y la Dirección Forestal, Parques y Fauna y a lo dispuesto por el artículo 224º de la ley 14.106, del 14 de marzo de 1973, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: BORDABERRY - JULIO EDUARDO AZNAREZ Artículo 1 Autorízase al Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca a convenir con la Intendencia Municipal de Colonia, la administración de los Parques "Otto Wulff" de Colonia y "El Retiro" de Nueva Helvecia. Los convenios referidos serán estructurados por la Dirección de Asesoramiento Legal del Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca. Artículo 2 Comuníquese y, a sus efectos, pase a la Dirección de Asesoramiento Legal del Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca.
