Certain public employees are to receive a June 2015 supplemental annual payment calculated as one-twelfth of their remuneration subject to montepío, and the same rule is extended to other staff whose contracts allow that payment.

VISTOS: VISTO: lo dispuesto por el Decreto-Ley N° 14.360 de 17 de abril de 1975, por el que se determina la uniformidad del sueldo anual complementario. CONSIDERANDO: I) que por el artículo 2° de dicho Decreto-Ley se faculta al Poder Ejecutivo a abonar en dos veces este beneficio. II) que se estima conveniente hacer uso de la facultad atribuida por la norma legal citada. ATENTO: a lo expuesto y a lo dispuesto en el Decreto-Ley N° 14.360 de 17 de abril de 1975 y el artículo 4° del Decreto-Ley N° 14.985 de 28 de diciembre de 1979, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA, Actuando en Consejo de Ministros, DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - EDUARDO BONOMI - RODOLFO NIN NOVOA - DANILO ASTORI - ELEUTERIO FERNÁNDEZ HUIDOBRO - MARÍA JULIA MUÑOZ - VÍCTOR ROSSI - CAROLINA COSSE - ERNESTO MURRO - JORGE BASSO - TABARÉ AGUERRE - LILIAM KECHICHIAN - ENEIDA de LEÓN - MARINA ARISMENDI Artículo 1 Dispónese que los funcionarios públicos de los Incisos 02 al 19, 25 al 27, 29 y 31 del Presupuesto Nacional, percibirán a partir del 15 de junio de 2015, una suma equivalente a la doceava parte del total de las retribuciones sujetas a montepío percibidas por cualquier concepto, en el período comprendido entre el 1° de diciembre de 2014 al 31 de mayo de 2015. [Nota: Ver en esta norma, artículo: 2.] Artículo 2 Extiéndase al resto del personal de los incisos citados en el artículo anterior, cuyos vínculos contractuales autoricen el pago del sueldo anual complementario, lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto. Artículo 3 Comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.
