El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE HERRERA - DANIEL HUGO MARTINS Artículo 1 Extiéndese para el Personal del Area de Enfermería del Servicio de Sanidad de las Fuerzas Armadas, la compensación por atención directa de los pacientes internados en sala, servicios de emergencia y centros quirúrgicos, previstos en los artículos 280 y 281 de la Ley 16.226 de fecha 29 de octubre de 1991 y artículo 247 de la Ley 15.903 del 18 de noviembre de 1987. Artículo 2 Establécese que la referida compensación regirá a partir del 1ro. de enero de 1994. Artículo 3 Publíquese, comuníquese y pase a la Contaduría General de la Nación y a la Dirección Financiero Contable a sus efectos.
