VISTOS: Visto: el decreto 461/975, de fecha 5 de junio de 1975. Resultando: por el aludido decreto se implanta, a partir del 1o. de enero de 1976, el nuevo sistema de Clasificación y Tipificación Oficial para las carnes de novillos, vacas, terneros, toros y torunos y bueyes de acuerdo a los tipos y grados que indica. Atento: a lo dispuesto por la ley 3.606, de 13 de abril de 1910, decreto- ley 14.810, de 11 de agosto de 1978, decretos 202/969, de 24 de abril de 1969, 461/975, de 5 de junio de 1975, 661/977, de 28 de noviembre de 1977, 458/978, de 11 de agosto de 1978, 459/978, de 11 de agosto de 1978 y 369/983, de 7 de octubre de 1983 y a la opinión favorable de la Dirección General de Servicios Veterinarios y la Dirección de Asesoramiento Legal del Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - ROBERTO VAZQUEZ PLATERO Artículo 1 Implántase, a partir del 1o. de setiembre de 1985 el código de identificación de edades para los bovinos destinados a faena de acuerdo al siguiente detalle: Dientes de leche se identifican con el número 0 Dos dientes se identifican con el número 2 Cuatro dientes se identifican con el número 4 Seis dientes se identifican con el número 6 Ocho dientes se identifican con el número 8 (*) [Nota: Ver en esta norma, artículo: 2.] Artículo 2 Cométese a al División Tecnología de la Dirección de Industria Animal, el contralor de la identificación de las edades de los bovinos destinados a faena, de acuerdo con el código indicado en el artículo precedente. Artículo 3 Facúltase a la División Tecnología de la Dirección de Industria Animal, para establecer las normas técnicas, así como la forma, tamaño y aplicación de los sellos correspondientes.
