EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA FIRMANTES: BATLLE - JUAN BORDABERRY - ALEJANDRO ATCHUGARRY Artículo 1 Decláranse promovidas al amparo de lo dispuesto por los artículos 30º y 31º del Decreto Ley Nº 14.335 de 23 de diciembre de 1974 y 11º de la Ley Nº 16.906 de 7 de enero de 1998, las actividades de artistas nacionales que actúan durante de la Semana de Turismo, cuando el contratante sea un organismo estatal. (*) [Nota: Ver en esta norma, artículo: 2.] Artículo 2 Exonérase a la contraprestación de los servicios a que refiere el artículo anterior, del Impuesto a las Retribuciones Personales creado por el articulo 25º del Decreto Ley Nº 15.294 de 23 de junio de 1982 y sus normas modificativas.
