VISTOS: Visto: la gestión del Comando General del Ejército, por la cual solicita la modificación del Decreto 149/989 de 11 de abril de 1989, que creó el Centro de Instrucción de Infantería y aprobó su Reglamento de Organización y Funciones. Atento: a que los referidos cambios se enmarcan en lo preceptuado en los incisos A y B del artículo 4, incisos A y B del artículo 11 y en los artículos 30, 57 y 60 del Decreto-Ley 15.688 de 30 de noviembre de 1984 (Orgánico del Ejército) y al informe favorable de la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - RAUL ITURRIA Artículo 1 Asígnase nueva ubicación a la Sede del Centro de Instrucción de Infantería creado por el artículo 1 del Decreto 149/989 de 11 de abril de 1989, el que funcionará en el ámbito de la Brigada de Infantería Nº 5. Artículo 2 Apruébase un nuevo Reglamento de Organización y Funciones del Centro de Instrucción de Infantería (R.O.F 7-1), el que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera: (*) [Nota: Ver vigencia: Decreto Nº 42/998 de 17/02/1998 artículo 2.
