Considerando: I) Que las transformaciones proyectadas no aumentan el monto de los créditos del Subrubro 02; II) Que los contratos previstos conforman una estructura de funciones adecuada a los objetivos de dicha Unidad Ejecutora; III) Que es conveniente modificar la denominación del Cargo Técnico II Ingeniero Agrónomo por la Técnico II Ingeniero Agrimensor por adecuarse a las necesidades del Servicio; IV) Lo dispuesto por el artículo 8º del decreto ley 14.985 de 28 de diciembre de 1979 y la ley 15.809 de abril de 1986.
