(Servicio Integral de Emergencia Médico Móvil), la creación de un Seguro Parcial de Emergencia Médica con Unidades Móviles Terrestres, Clave 1, a efectos de brindar servicios de cobertura, en la ciudad de Bella Unión, Departamento de Artigas, cuya población es de 17.000 (diecisiete mil) habitantes, no contando dicha ciudad con otro servicio de iguales características, abarcando también áreas de influencia. 2 Para su funcionamiento el referido servicio, deberá recabar del Ministerio de Salud Pública la correspondiente Habilitación, para lo cual se dará cumplimiento a las exigencias previstas por el Decreto N° 309/008 de 24 de junio de 2008 y demás normas concordantes, modificativas y complementarias. 3 Comuníquese.
