Atento: a las pautas establecidas por el Plan Nacional de Transporte aprobado por resolución del Poder Ejecutivo de 26 de setiembre de 1979 y a lo informado por SEPLACODI, Dirección Nacional de Transporte, Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas e Industria y Energía, El Presidente de la República RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: GREGORIO C. ALVAREZ - EDUARDO J. SAMPSON - VALENTIN ARISMENDI - JUSTO M. ALONSO - FRANCISCO D. TOURREILLES 1 Créase un Grupo de Trabajo con el cometido de formular un programa para la renovación de los vehículos destinados al transporte colectivo de pasajeros dentro del territorio nacional, estableciéndose un plazo de sesenta (60) días para su informe. Estará integrado por dos delegados de la Dirección Nacional de Transporte del Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas, uno de los cuales, el Director General de Transporte y Tránsito Carretero, lo presidirá; un delegado de SEPLACODI; un delegado del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas; un delegado del Ministerio de Industria y Energía y un delegado del Estado Mayor Conjunto y funcionará en el local de la citada Dirección Nacional de Transporte, la que prestará los medios administrativos necesarios. 2 Comuníquese y vuelva a dicha Dirección Nacional de Transporte a sus efectos.
