Beatriz Giosa, Presidenta del "IX Congreso Latinoamericano para el Desarrollo de la Lectura y la Escritura" y del "II Congreso Internacional de la Sociedad de Dislexia del Uruguay", para que se declaren de Interés Nacional los mencionados Congresos, organizados por el Comité Latinoamericano de la International Reading Association (IRA) y la Sociedad de Dislexia del Uruguay filial nacional de IRA y miembro del Comité Latinoamericano de IRA (CL). RESULTANDO: Los mencionados eventos se llevarán a cabo en la ciudad de Montevideo, entre los días 6 al 9 de junio de 2007. CONSIDERANDO: I) Los referidos Congresos reunirán autoridades y representantes de países de Latinoamérica, Cuba, España, EE.UU., autoridades de las organizaciones internacionales mencionadas (IRA y CL), así como a nuestros profesionales de la educación, salud y disciplinas afines. II) En torno al tema central "Entre el sueño y la realidad: nuestra América Latina alfabetizada", crearán un espacio para conocer acerca de las políticas de alfabetización en el siglo XXI, posibilitando el análisis del complejo fenómeno de la Alfabetización. ATENTO: A lo expuesto y a lo informado por la Dirección de Educación del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: TABARE VAZQUEZ - JORGE BROVETTO - REINALDO GARGANO 1 DECLARASE de Interés Nacional el "IX Congreso Latinoamericano para el Desarrollo de la Lectura y la Escritura" y el "II Congreso Internacional de la Sociedad de Dislexia del Uruguay", a realizarse en la ciudad de Montevideo, entre los días 6 al 9 de junio de 2007. 2 PRECISASE que dicha declaración no generará gastos al Erario, en cumplimiento de las normas que han dispuesto la reducción del gasto público. 3 PASE a la Dirección de Educación del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura para su conocimiento y notificación a los interesados.
