CONSIDERANDO: los continuados esfuerzos realizados para incrementar los vínculos de amistad y cooperación profesional entre la Fuerza Aérea Uruguaya y la Fuerza Aérea Paraguaya, así como los relevantes méritos personales y profesionales del citado señor Oficial General. ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto y a lo establecido por los Decretos 770/976 de 24 de noviembre de 1976, 679/978 de 5 de diciembre de 1978, 49/992 de 5 de febrero de 1992 y 377/995 de 10 de octubre de 1995. EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - DANIEL MONTIEL 1 Otorgar la Distinción al "Mérito Aeronáutico" en la categoría de Gran Oficial y Diploma correspondiente, al señor Comandante en Jefe de la Fuerza Aérea Paraguaya General Div. Aer. don Eladio Casimiro González Aguilar. 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y pase al Comando General de la Fuerza Aérea. Cumplido, archívese.
