The decree modifies the job and contracted-function roster for the General Directorate of Commerce and orders specific positions to be added and amended.

VISTOS: VISTO: la gestión de la Unidad Ejecutora 014 -Dirección General de Comercio- del Inciso 05 "Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas" solicitando la aprobación de una enmienda al planillado de cargos y funciones contratadas, anexo a la Ley 16.736, de 5 de enero de 1996. RESULTANDO: que en el referido planillado se constató la existencia de errores y omisiones en relación a cargos y funciones contratadas de la Dirección General de Comercio. CONSIDERANDO: lo dispuesto por el Artículo 4 de la Ley 16.736, de 5 de enero de 1996. ATENTO: a lo expuesto y a lo informado por la Contaduría General de la Nación y la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto. EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - JUAN ALBERTO MOREIRA Artículo 1 Efectúanse las siguientes modificaciones al planillado de cargos y funciones contratadas de la Unidad Ejecutora 014 -Dirección General de Comercio- del Inciso 05 "Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas", anexo a la Ley 16.736, de 5 de enero de 1996, debiéndose agregar los siguientes cargos: CANT. ESC. GDO. DENOMINACION SERIE 1 C 07 Administrativo II Administrativo 1 C 07 Jefe Sección Administrativo 1 C 05 Administrativo I Administrativo 1 C 04 Administrativo V Administrativo 2 F 02 Encargado Vigilancia 3 F 01 Auxiliares V Vigilancia Además, se deben modificar los siguientes cargos: Donde dice: ESCALAFON GRADO DENOMINACION SERIE E 08 Oficial V Chofer A 11 Asesor VI Escribano A 15 Asesor Profesional Debe decir: ESCALAFON GRADO DENOMINACION SERIE E 08 Oficial II Chofer A 11 Asesor VI Profesional A 15 Asesor II Profesional Artículo 2 Dése cuenta a la Asamblea General. Artículo 3 Comuníquese y pase a sus efectos a la Contaduría General de la Nación.
