CONSIDERANDO: lo informado por la División Economía de los Transportes de la Dirección Transporte Aéreo Comercial, en cuanto no existen objeciones para modificar el cargo por penalidad en caso de no presentación a embarcar. ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo previsto por el artículo 37 del Decreto 325/974 de 26 de abril de 1974 y a lo informado por el Comando General de la Fuerza Aérea - Dirección Nacional de Aviación Civil e Infraestructura Aeronáutica con el asesoramiento de la Junta Nacional de Aeronaútica Civil y por la Asesoría Letrada del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
