VISTOS: Visto: lo dispuesto por el decreto de 14 de setiembre de 1983 y su prórroga según decreto 483/984 de 31 de octubre de 1984. Resultando: l) Que por los indicados decretos se autorizó la utilización parcial de unidades carrozadas en origen en el transporte de pasajeros, dentro del territorio nacional en situaciones expresamente contempladas. Considerando: que se estima conveniente prorrogar porque la vigencia de la autorización parcial para utilizarlos, extendiendo igual posibilidad a todas las empresas concesionarias de líneas regulares nacionales, hasta la finalización de la temporada turística. Atento: a lo dispuesto por el artículo 3º del decreto 131/980 de 5 de marzo de 1980, a lo informado por la Dirección Nacional de Transporte y la Asesoría de Asuntos Jurídicos del Ministerio de Transporte y Públicas. El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - JORGE SANGUINETTI Artículo 1 Prorrógase hasta el 30 de abril de 1985 la vigencia del régimen establecido en el decreto 323/983 de 14 de setiembre de 1983. Artículo 2 Autorízase a las empresas concesionarias de líneas regulares nacionales a tomar en arrendamiento unidades automotores introducidas al amparo del decreto 131/980 de 5 de marzo de 1980, hasta el 30 de abril de 1985, en las condiciones y con las limitaciones que se establecen en el decreto 323/983 de 14 de setiembre de 1983. Artículo 3 No podrán tomar en arrendamiento tales unidades las empresas que a su vez, hubieren introducido vehículos al amparo del precitado decreto 131/980 de 5 de marzo de 1980. Artículo 4 Comuníquese, publíquese y vuelva a sus efectos a la Dirección Nacional de Transporte.
