VISTOS: VISTO: lo dispuesto por el Artículo 1° del Decreto N° 381/013 del Poder Ejecutivo de 29 de noviembre de 2013; RESULTANDO: que, por dicha disposición se incluye en el régimen establecido en el Decreto 771/008 de 26 de diciembre de 2008 y su reglamento Anexo, al personal que efectivamente preste funciones en la Secretaría del Secretario y Prosecretario de la Presidencia de la República; CONSIDERANDO: que, corresponde incluir además en dicho régimen, a los funcionarios que efectivamente presten servicios en los Establecimientos de la Presidencia de la República; ATENTO: a lo expuesto y a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 1° del Decreto del Poder Ejecutivo N° 381/013 de 29 de noviembre de 2013; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - DANILO ASTORI Artículo 1 Modificase el Artículo 1° del Decreto del Poder Ejecutivo N° 381/013 de 29 de noviembre de 2013, el que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera: "Inclúyese en el régimen establecido en el Decreto 771/008 de 26 de diciembre de 2008 y su reglamento Anexo, en la redacción dada en el artículo 2° del Decreto 267/013 de 29 de agosto de 2013, al personal que efectivamente preste funciones en la Secretaría del Secretario, Prosecretario de la Presidencia de la República y demás Establecimientos de la Presidencia de la República".
