VISTOS: VISTO: la donación otorgada a la República por el Gobierno del Reino de España a través de la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID), con el objeto de realizar el proyecto "Fortalecimiento del Ministerio del Interior".- RESULTANDO: I) que a fin de ejecutar el objetivo de la subvención, y en razón de la potestad de coordinación en la ejecución de programas y proyectos de cooperación internacional otorgada por el Decreto 91/997 de 19 de marzo de 1997, los recursos serán asignados a la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto (OPP).- II) que el artículo 70° del Título 10 del Texto Ordenado 1996, acuerda a los organismos estatales que no sean contribuyentes del Impuesto al Valor Agregado, un crédito por el referido impuesto incluido en las adquisiciones de bienes y servicios necesarios para la ejecución de proyectos financiados por otros Estados o por organismos internacionales, y por el monto financiado por éstos.- CONSIDERANDO: necesario establecer la forma en que dicho crédito habrá de materializarse.- ATENTO: a lo expuesto.- EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA: DECRETA: FIRMANTES: JOSÉ MUJICA - FERNANDO LORENZO Artículo 1 Otórgase a la Oficina de Planeamiento y Presupuesto (OPP) de la Presidencia de la República Oriental del Uruguay, un crédito por el Impuesto al Valor Agregado incluido en las adquisiciones de bienes y servicios destinados a la ejecución del proyecto "Fortalecimiento del Ministerio del Interior", financiado por el Gobierno del Reino de España a través de la Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID), y por la parte financiada por ésta.- Dicho crédito será materializado mediante certificados de crédito, en la forma que determine la Dirección General Impositiva, teniendo en cuenta la participación de la Corporación Nacional para el Desarrollo (CND), como entidad colaboradora en la ejecución y administración de los referidos proyectos.- Artículo 2 Comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.
