VISTOS: Visto: la solicitud de la Dirección General de Aeropuertos Nacionales para que se proceda a Reglamentar las Tasas Aeroportuarias que menciona. Resultando: la necesidad de adecuar el valor de las tarifas a las variaciones de los costos de los servicios, sin necesidad de frecuentes modificaciones de las mismas. Considerando: I) Que el decreto 872/973 y el artículo 565 de la ley 14.189 establece que las tasas aeroportuarias fijadas en los artículos 29 de la ley 13.319 del 28 de diciembre de 1964 y 168 y 169 de la ley 13.420 del 2 de diciembre de 1965 y sus modificativos, deberán ser recaudadas directamente por la Dirección General de Aeropuertos Nacionales; II) Que las citadas leyes y decretos determinan que las referidas tasas se pagarán en la moneda o monedas que a solicitud de la mencionada Dirección determine el Poder Ejecutivo.
