VISTOS: Visto: el problema de contaminación de las playas del departamento de Montevideo. Atento: a lo precedentemente expuesto, El Presidente de la República RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: SANGUINETTI - RAUL UGARTE ARTOLA - ALEJANDRO ATCHUGARRY 1 Créase un Grupo de Trabajo integrado por un representante técnico del Ministerio de Salud Pública que lo presidirá, otro representante técnico por el Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas y un tercer representante técnico por la Intendencia Municipal de Montevideo. 2 Dicho Grupo de Trabajo tendrá como cometidos principales: a) Recabar de los Organismos competentes los estudios actualizados de la contaminación de las playas del departamento de Montevideo; b) Informar en forma trimestral a los Ministerios referidos y a la precitada Intendencia Municipal los resultados obtenidos; c) Aconsejar las medidas adecuadas para controlar los factores potenciales de riesgo de salud para la población usuaria de dichas playas. 3 El Grupo de Trabajo deberá expedir una primera evaluación en un lapso no mayor de sesenta (60) días. 4 Comuníquese, publíquese.
