El decreto aprueba las tarifas de energía eléctrica y las tasas B de la Administración Nacional de Usinas y Trasmisiones Eléctricas, con vigencia desde el 1º de junio de 1997 para las tarifas y desde el día siguiente al decreto para las tasas B.
