CONSIDERANDO: corresponde proceder a aprobar el cambio de denominación de la "Maestría en Derecho y Técnica Tributaria" reconocida por el Poder Ejecutivo con fecha 29 de abril de 1997 por el de "Maestría en Tributación". ATENTO: A lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo dispuesto por el Decreto-Ley 15.661 de fecha 23 de octubre de 1984, por el Decreto 104/014 de fecha 28 de abril de 2014, lo previsto en la Resolución del Poder Ejecutivo 813 de 2 de setiembre de 1997 y a lo dictaminado por el Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada. LA MINISTRA (I) DE EDUCACIÓN Y CULTURA -en ejercicio de atribuciones delegadas- RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: EDITH MORAES 1 Apruébase el cambio de denominación de la carrera "Maestría en Derecho y Técnica Tributaria" dictada por la Universidad de Montevideo, que pasa a denominarse "Maestría en Tributación". 2 Establécese que la denominación del título será "Master en Tributación". 3 Comuníquese a la Dirección de Educación y al Consejo Consultivo de Enseñanza Terciaria Privada. 4 Notifíquese a la Universidad de Montevideo, Cumplido archívese.
