Decreto 134/1973 - COMERCIO EXTERIOR. IMPORTACIONES. SEMILLAS
El Ministerio de Ganadería y Agricultura, por medio de su Asesoría Técnica, debe recibir, tramitar y resolver las gestiones de importación de semillas bajo el Decreto N° 12/973. También se establecen obligaciones para el importador, requisitos de sanidad y calidad para las semillas, y sanciones por incumplimiento.
