VISTOS: Visto: que por decreto 310/989 de 3 de julio de 1989 se creó una Comisión Ejecutora Honoraria, con el cometido de estudiar y ejecutar soluciones de vivienda para los ocupantes de los ex-hoteles Juncal, Alhambra y Colón; siendo sus atribuciones ampliadas por decreto 191/990 de 25 de abril de 1990, encomendándosele el estudio y la ejecución de soluciones de vivienda para ocupantes precarios de diversos inmuebles y asentamientos marginales. Resultando: que se han detectado en los departamentos del interior del país situaciones que requieren con urgencia la adopción de medidas de emergencia en materia habitacional. Considerando: I) Que la citada Comisión ha demostrado ser un instrumento idóneo para atender las situaciones de emergencia planteadas en el área de vivienda; II) Que entiende conveniente ampliar los cometidos de la Comisión Ejecutara Honoraria creada por decreto 310/989 de 3 de julio de 1989, a las áreas urbanas y suburbanas de los departamentos que integran el territorio nacional. Atento: a lo expuesto y a lo establecido en la ley 16.112 de 30 de mayo de 1990, El Presidente de la República DECRETA: FIRMANTES: LACALLE HERRERA - RAUL LAGO Artículo 1 Amplíanse los cometidos de la Comisión Ejecutora Honoraria creada por el artículo 1° del decreto 310/989 de 3 de julio de 1989, encomendándosele la ejecución de soluciones de vivienda, para ocupantes precarios de inmuebles e integrantes de asentamientos marginales, de las áreas urbanas y suburbanas de la totalidad del país.
