VISTOS: VISTO: lo dispuesto por los artículos 29 y 30 del Decreto N° 130/016 de 18 de abril de 2016; RESULTANDO: I) que la mencionada normativa reglamentó los mecanismos de acreditación de saberes y/o experiencias para las personas que al momento de entrada en vigencia del referido Decreto habían realizado cursos de capacitación de cuidadores o estuviesen desarrollando efectivamente tarea de cuidados de adultos mayores carentes de recursos, de personas con discapacidad o de asistente personal; II) que por el artículo 29 del referido Decreto, en la redacción dada por el Decreto N° 212/017 de 7 de agosto de 2017, se estableció que las solicitudes de acreditación de capacitación, formación y/o experiencia como cuidadores, podían ser presentadas a tales efectos ante una Comisión Especial Ad Hoc hasta el 31 de octubre de 2017; CONSIDERANDO: que se entiende necesario y pertinente modificar la normativa creando un ámbito de validación permanente para personas que cuenten con cursos de capacitación y/o formación en cuidados realizados en Instituciones nacionales o extranjeras; ATENTO: a lo precedentemente expuesto, a lo establecido en el numeral 4° del artículo 168 de la Constitución de la República y por la Ley General de Educación N° 18.437 de 12 de diciembre de 2008, Ley N° 19.353 de 27 de noviembre de 2015 y Decreto N° 130/016 de 18 de abril de 2016 en la redacción dada por el Decreto N° 212/017 de 7 de agosto de 2017; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARÉ VÁZQUEZ - MARÍA JULIA MUÑOZ - DANILO ASTORI - ERNESTO MURRO - JORGE BASSO - MARINA ARISMENDI Artículo 1 (*) [Nota: Este artículo dio nueva redacción a: Decreto Nº 130/016 de 18/04/2016 artículos 29, 30 y 31.] Artículo 2 (*) [Nota: Este artículo agregó a: Decreto Nº 130/016 de 18/04/2016 artículos 32 y 33.] Artículo 3 Comuníquese, publíquese y pase a la Dirección de Educación del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura para su conocimiento y demás efectos.
