ATENTO: A los fundamentos expuestos y a lo preceptuado en el art. 1º del Decreto-Ley 14.791 de 8 de junio de 1978. EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA DECRETA: FIRMANTES: TABARE VAZQUEZ - JORGE BRUNI - DANILO ASTORI Artículo 1 Declárase que las condiciones de trabajo y empleo del Grupo Núm. 3 (Industria Pesquera), Subgrupo 01 (Captura), serán reguladas por lo dispuesto en el Decreto 928/988 con las modificaciones establecidas en los artículos 2, 3 y 4 del presente decreto, sin perjuicio de lo acordado en los convenios colectivos vigentes. Artículo 2 Las remuneraciones vigentes (sean "a la parte", partida fija o mixta) al 30 de junio de 2005 se incrementarán en un cinco por ciento, a excepción de las previstas en los convenios colectivos vigentes. Artículo 3 El valor de la captura será fijado conforme a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 928/988, salvo que exista convenio colectivo vigente que establezca otra forma de cálculo. Artículo 4 El incremento establecido rige desde el 1º de julio de 2005. Artículo 5 Comuníquese, publíquese, etc.
