II) que en sesión de 20 de junio de 2013 el Tribunal de Cuentas acuerda no formular observaciones al Convenio FOCEM N° 02/11, Fondo para la Convergencia Estructural del MERCOSUR, requiriendo del Poder Ejecutivo el dictado del acto administrativo autorizando la suscripción del referido convenio. ATENTO: a lo expuesto; EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA RESUELVE: FIRMANTES: DANILO ASTORI - MARIO BERGARA - LUIS PORTO - ENRIQUE PINTADO 1 Autorizar la suscripción del Convenio FOCEM N° 02/11 (COF), Fondo para la Convergencia Estructural del MERCOSUR (COF), Proyecto "Rehabilitación de Vía Férrea, Línea Rivera - Tramo Pintado (km 144) - Frontera (km 566)". [Nota: Ver en esta norma, numeral: 2.] 2 La autorización que se otorga en el numeral precedente incluye las erogaciones emergentes del citado Convenio hasta la suma de U$S 74:830.970 (dólares estadounidenses setenta y cuatro millones ochocientos treinta mil novecientos setenta) incluida la contrapartida local, cualquiera sea el origen de su financiamiento. 3 Comuníquese y pase a la División Contabilidad y Finanzas del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.
